Art Teacher, Mrs. Allie Falconer, has been selected as part of the Wasabi Fenway Honor Roll for 2022. The Wasabi Fenway Bowl Honor Roll is a charitable program focused on recognizing and thanking educators who have gone above and beyond to support their students and respective communities.
The program had more than 200 teachers, administrators, and staff nominated in 2022, and 31 regional educators were selected for this year's honor roll. The Wasabi Fenway Bowl, a college football match-up of Cincinnati University and Louisville University, is being played on at Fenway on Saturday, December 17.
As the program's website states, "the stories [here] are just a glimpse at the dedication and care that educators around New England put in each day. From providing essentials to students and their families, to creating welcoming classrooms under challenging conditions, these Honor Roll educators are an inspiration."
Mrs. Falconer is in her 8th year at Saint Columbkille and her two sons attend the school as well. She was excited to be nominated by a Saint Cols parent and says of the honor, "It means so much that I was nominated for the Fenway Honor Roll by a member of our school community. I have absolutely loved being the art teacher at STCPS for almost a decade and seeing my student's artistic growth is an honor to see."
